Important Notice- Asbestos in Fire Doors:

We are aware of recent concerns regarding the presence of asbestos within fire rated doors. We would like to assure you that this is not relevant to our products.

All fire rated doors we supply are manufactured using FireCore TVC Core and are tested by a NATA testing agency periodically for asbestos. No traces of asbestos have been detected. An official FireCore statement and safety data sheet can be found using the Data Sheets / Information link below:

We offer a wide range of fire rated metal door frames that are not only very easy to install but also cater to various fixing / installation methods. Our fire rated frames are customized according to your specifications, ensuring they fit perfectly on any fire rated wall.  

Our frames are ideal for casting into concrete panels and boast an F.R.L of up to -/240/30. We work with numerous local Precast and Tilt up panel companies to offer a fast, efficient service at a competitive price.

We also offer non-rated frames and provide delivery across the Sydney Metro area.

If your current door set/s have been identified as non-compliant or damaged, we are happy to assist with our retrofitting services for fire rated door installation. 

We can:

- remove and dispose of the existing door and frame

- install a new fire rated metal frame, ensuring it is back-filled to meet Australian Standards and achieve compliance

- install a new fire rated door with compatible hardware

- tag the door set and provide a certificate of completion
