Fire Rated Sealants

The AS-1001 fire retardant sealant offers a fire rating of up to 4 hours (BS EN 1366-4: 2006) and has been tested in accordance with AS 1530.4: 2014. This high performance silicone sealant is smoke, fume, and water-resistant, ensuring easy cleanup and a paintable surface. It has a shelf life of 24 months and features low VOC levels, as determined by USEPA Method 24 under SCAQMD Rule 1168. Available finishes include grey and white.

The AS-1001 fire retardant sealant offers a fire rating of up to 4 hours (BS EN 1366-4: 2006) and is compliant with ASTM C920 standards. It features a ±25% movement capability, excellent UV resistance, and low static charge for reduced dirt streaking. This high performance silicone sealant contains no isocyanate, preventing blistering, and no solvent, which means there's no shrinkage. It bonds to most substrates without the need for a primer, is water resistant, paintable, and available in a grey finish.

This high performance silicone sealant offers ±50% movement capability as a weatherseal, alongside excellent UV and weathering resistance. It meets ASTM C920, Type S, Grade NS, Class 50, Use NT, G & A standards, as well as ASTM C1184 for structural silicone sealant. Additionally, it features low VOC levels, complying with USEPA Test method 24 under SCAQMD Rule 1168, and is available in a matte black or grey finish.
